It rained. A lot. But the party went on. I think this wedding provides so many great lessons on how to have the best wedding experience possible.

First, make sure you have a proper rain plan. In this case, the ceremony and reception were to be indoors. But if you are planning to have an outdoor ceremony/reception, consider what happens if it rains. Have a backup plan. And consider spaces to take portraits if the weather is poor. A solid wedding photographer will use what is given to them. In this case, we made some great photos indoors, as well as under the umbrella in the rain. The Isabel Bader Centre is a perfect kind of venue for indoor/outdoor wedding vibes.

Second (and most importantly): Celebrate yourself. Enjoy the party. If you are party animals (like these two), get wild and enjoy the hell out of the evening. We don’t formally celebrate ourselves, our lives, and our achievements very often, so take advantage of the moment, and have the best time of your life.

Third (and, uh, also most importantly): Be passionate, romantic, and madly in love. You are getting married after all! (see photos below for confirmation)
