1000 Islands Cruise Wedding // Kingston, Ontario

Carin was stunning and Rick looked great in a tux. Rick had all the props and gear to make people laugh and to add little personalized details to their wedding. They really wanted details of the wedding to represent their unique personalities and their absolute love for the TV sitcom “How I Met Your Mother.” This included a beautifully written note (ala the show), followed by surprise gift for Carin, presented by a dapper Rick in a custom blindfold. Some of my favourite photos are of the two of them interacting at the Delta Hotel in downtown Kingston while he is wearing the glasses. The lighting was a challenge and the quarters cramped but the moment was so good. Carin passed the boys as they had a drink at the Aquaterra Lounge and it was just so funny. A perfect moment.

We took the trolley to a few locations downtown with both bridal parties and then families after the ceremony. The ceremony and reception were on the Island Star Cruise, which was a wonderful way to enjoy the evening.

Side note: I lost my keys but fortunately the wait staff found them (shoutout!). That would have been an EPIC disaster.
